Senior Security Support Specialist (UK)

You will be the 3rd level escalation specialist within a small team of security specialists offering telephone and remote support to clients.  You will be responsible for providing technical support on various client systems such as firewalls, URL filtering, Anti-Virus, load balancing and authentication systems. You may be required for accasional onsite or project work. You will be required to provide detailed and accurate guidance on issue resolution to the supported customer base. As a senior member of the Support team, you will need to effectively interact with other members of the team to provide solutions to technical issues and mentor other staff members.

Senior SOC Network Security Specialist (Wroclaw, Poland)

This is a senior technical role within the company where you will be leading a team of security specialists who are providing managed security service to Integrity Solutions customers. You will be responsible for providing level 3 advice on technical issues on various client systems such as firewalls, load balancing, authentication systems and network troubleshooting.  You will be required to provide detailed and accurate guidance on network security changes and on issue resolution to the managed security customer base.  You will need to effectively interact with other members of the team to provide solutions to technical issues and mentor other staff members. This role will also require an element of Travel to the UK and IRE on occasion for occasional meetings and training.

SOC Security Specialist (Wroclaw, Poland)

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact offering telephone and email support for Integrity clients.  They will be responsible for providing 1st level support and on occasion 2nd level support and diagnostics of customer systems. They will also provide detailed and accurate guidance on these solutions to supported customer base. Candidates will attempt first-call resolution, software/network troubleshooting and proactive support services. Capable of following processes and procedures and understand the importance of meeting customer expectations.

This is a technical role with Integrity solutions where you will be working within a team of security consultants who are providing security solutions to Integrity Solutions customers. You will be primarily responsible for providing implementation of security solutions to customers and will also deliver level 3 technical security support on various client systems.

Security Analyst (WAF/IPS)

You should be passionate about the security field with a strong desire to learn. As a threat analyst you will use your technical experience and inquisitive nature. In this role you will be expected to perform traffic analysis, intrusion analysis and detection of threats based on system alerts and logs.

SIEM Security Consultant

Work as part of a team in the development of solutions for customers that will allow remote monitoring of their IT infrastructure. The solutions will gather information from defined customer devices that will allow trending of issues and aid in the troubleshooting of incidents. These solutions will allow customers to manage and maintain their devices either by in-house monitoring or via remote monitoring from Integrity solutions Security Operations Center (SOC).
