This is a leadership and junior management role where you will be leading a team of security specialists based in the Security Operations Centre. The security operations centre offers a support and managed security service to Integrity customers. This Role is responsible for ensuring continuity with the Security Operations to multiple client accounts promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.

This is a junior technical role with Integrity solutions where you will be responsbile for designing, coding and testing of internal applications and configuring Allienvault, Splunk and Autotask products. Senior Security Support Specialist (UK)

You will be the 3rd level escalation specialist within a small team of security specialists offering telephone and remote support to clients.  You will be responsible for providing technical support on various client systems such as firewalls, URL filtering, Anti-Virus, load balancing and authentication systems. You may be required for accasional onsite or project work. You will be required to provide detailed and accurate guidance on issue resolution to the supported customer base. As a senior member of the Support team, you will need to effectively interact with other members of the team to provide solutions to technical issues and mentor other staff members.

This is a senior technical role within the company where you will be leading a team of security specialists who are providing managed security service to Integrity Solutions customers. You will be responsible for providing level 3 advice on technical issues on various client systems such as firewalls, load balancing, authentication systems and network troubleshooting.  You will be required to provide detailed and accurate guidance on network security changes and on issue resolution to the managed security customer base.  You will need to effectively interact with other members of the team to provide solutions to technical issues and mentor other staff members.
