As the Service Delivery Manager, you will form an integral part of the Operations Management team who are responsible for driving service excellence & ensuring the highest level of performance is delivered to our clients. You will be responsible for managing operational relationships between our key technology service partners and the expectations of our customers to deliver results in line with business objectives.
This is a senior technical role with Integrity solutions where you will be working within a team of security consultants who are providing security solutions to Integrity Solutions customers. You will be primarily responsible for providing design and implementation of security solutions to customers on various client systems
You will be the first point of contact offering telephone and email support for Integrity clients. You will be responsible for providing 1st level support and diagnostics of customer systems. You will also provide detailed and accurate guidance on these solutions to supported customer base.
You will be Responsible for organising, modifying, installing and supporting a network security computer systems both internally and externally for our clients. Designs and installation where appropriate of LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems and appropriate firewalls along with network segments.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact offering telephone and email support for client. You will be responsible for providing technical support on the areas highlighted below. Provision of detailed and accurate guidance on the use of client products to supported customer base.
Work as part of a SIEM (Security Information Event Management) team that will allow the remote monitoring of the security posture of remote clients. Integrity Solutions SIEM solution is fully developed but now needs field consultants to install and manage the SIEM solution on remote client sites.
This is a senior technical role within the company where you will be leading a team of security specialists who are providing managed security service to Integrity Solutions customers.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact offering telephone and email support for Integrity clients. They will be responsible for providing 1st level support and on occasion 2nd level support and diagnostics of customer systems.
