This is an office-based administration role. The role involves supporting the office function by carrying out administrative tasks so that the business can operate more effectively. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with a high level of attention to detail who wants to work as part of a dynamic team.
This is a technical role with Integrity solutions where you will be working within a team of security consultants who are providing security solutions to Integrity Solutions customers. You will be primarily responsible for providing implementation of security solutions to customers and will also deliver level 3 technical security support on various client systems.
You will be the first point of contact offering telephone and email support for Integrity clients. You will be responsible for providing 1st level support and diagnostics of customer systems. You will also provide detailed and accurate guidance on these solutions to supported customer base.
You should be passionate about the security field with a strong desire to learn. As a threat analyst you will use your technical experience and inquisitive nature. In this role you will be expected to perform traffic analysis, intrusion analysis and detection of threats based on system alerts and logs.
You will be the 3rd level escalation specialist within a small team of security specialists offering telephone and remote support to clients. You will be responsible for providing technical support on various client systems.
Work as part of a team in the development of solutions for customers that will allow remote monitoring of their IT infrastructure. The solutions will gather information from defined customer devices that will allow trending of issues and aid in the troubleshooting of incidents. These solutions will allow customers to manage and maintain their devices either by in-house monitoring or via remote monitoring from Integrity solutions Security Operations Center (SOC).
