Integrity Solutions, Ireland’s largest IT security specialist, announced the appointment of Denis Crowley as Operations Manager. Denis will have responsibility for the successful delivery of IT security services to Integrity’s growing client base in Ireland and the U.K. This will include managing the expanded helpdesk and remote monitoring teams, and overseeing the design and implementation of security solutions. He will be responsible for ensuring that customers continue to receive the highest quality technical support at all times, as Integrity protects them from a wide range of current and evolving security threats.
Denis has gained extensive experience working in the IT security industry for almost 20 years. He joins Integrity Solutions from IT Focus, where he worked for two years as a technical services manager, responsible for technical solutions delivered to the SME market. Prior to that, he worked in HP as a consultant engineer and as a professional services manager in BT

Denis holds an extensive range of IT certificates including ITIL, Microsoft and Citrix; and has a BSc and post graduate diploma in computing.
