Dublin, 14 May, 2010 – Integrity Solutions, Ireland’s largest IT security specialist, today announced an investment of €1.05 million to fund the construction of a new network operations centre (NOC) at its Dublin headquarters. The centre will include a new managed helpdesk and the latest test equipment for its in-house security laboratory. 12 new high tech jobs are being created in Ireland this year as Integrity Solutions looks to grow its share of the IT security market.
Founded in 2005, Integrity Solutions provides a comprehensive portfolio of IT security solutions to private and public sector organisations throughout Ireland and the UK. The new NOC will act as Integrity’s platform for the design and launch of a range of cutting-edge managed security offerings for its growing customer base.
The investment is being funded by shareholders and follows a record-breaking year in 2009, when annual revenue grew by 65% to €7.7 million.
Integrity has commenced filling some of the positions and expects to increase employee headcount to around 30 by the end of 2010. The new hires will primarily be IT security engineers based in the NOC, as well as new positions being created in sales and marketing.
The investment includes the design and development of the new NOC, which is currently being equipped with the most advanced security audit and authentication equipment. It also includes a security management platform and helpdesk for 24x7x365 proactive monitoring of customer’s sites.
Integrity has also just partnered with Tufin, Splunk and Palo Alto to add new technologies into its growing security product portfolio. It already partners with many of the world’s leading security providers including Check Point, Juniper Networks, Blue Coat, Websense, Imperva, RSA, Tripwire, Tippingpoint and Cisco IronPort Systems.
Integrity is also investing in its people, technical accreditations and partnerships. Its IT security engineers are attending intensive training programmes at a wide range of security centres of excellence across Europe. These courses ensure that Integrity’s team have full visibility of emerging global security threats, and can provide expert advice and solutions to customers in Ireland and the UK. Integrity has also just been awarded ISO 9001, an internationally recognised quality management standard.
Eoin Goulding, managing director of Integrity Solutions, said, “This investment in advanced technical infrastructure and people provides us with a scalable platform to keep growing in local and international markets. We are hiring very experienced engineers from across a wide range of security disciplines so that we can offer businesses a one-stop-shop for their IT security needs. Our new network operations centre also provides us with a world-class facility to design and develop innovative new products and services which we will begin launching in the coming months.”
