Integrity Solutions awarded ISO 9001 certification
Integrity Solutions has succeeded in achieving the ISO 9001:2008 certification, a globally recognised standard for quality.
The certification, which was awarded following a tough auditing process conducted by Certification Europe, means that the IT security specialist has been independently certified and awarded the internationally recognized highest security standard.
The audit covered all areas of the business and focused on a framework of globally recognized principles of quality management, customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, and system approach to management, continual improvement and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
The new quality management system will promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Speaking about the accreditation, Eoin Goulding, Managing director of Integrity Solutions said, ‘We are delighted to have achieved international accreditation and certification. It was something we were very keen to put in place and worked very hard to achieve. It took a huge commitment from everyone in the company to implement and follow the new quality objectives. Through doing this, a culture of continuous improvement was promoted within the organisation.’ The certification reiterates the lengths Integrity Solutions will go to to ensure the highest quality of products and services delivered and proves that Integrity has the resources, facilities and capabilities needed to constantly deliver this high quality that customers expect. ‘This standard was a pre-requisite for growing the business and something that we could see great benefit in from very early on.
