Integrity Solutions has been shortlisted for the Small Business Award in the fourth national gradireland Graduate Recruitment Awards 2010.

The awards recognise both the strength of employer brands and excellence in graduate recruitment. This event celebrates excellence through a combination of awards judged by student popular vote and by an expert panel.

The Small Business Award category celebrates the success of smaller employers in recruiting graduates and acknowledges the importance of SMEs to Ireland’s economy. It measures how well a company has met their stated objectives in developing a recruitment proposition, promoting it to students and adding value to business by hiring the right graduates.

The winning company will be judged on a number of areas including training and development programmes, recruitment strategy and how much graduates have contributed to and benefit from the business success.

The award winners will be announced on Thursday, 20 May, at a reception in the Burlington Hotel in Dublin.
