Integrity Solutions’ ISO Certifications Enable Accelerated Growth

Integrity Solutions, Ireland’s largest IT security specialist, today announced that it is to step-up its services provision following its success in becoming the first and only Irish IT security compliance and infrastructure specialist to secure both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification. Certification to these standards is a key requirement for providers of security audits, policy design, authentication and regulatory compliance and will provide strong impetus to Integrity Solutions’ Ireland and UK growth.

For Integrity Solutions, this provides evidence to clients that it meets best practice in relation to information security and that the customer is at the centre of its service provision, increasing the number of tenders that it is eligible to compete for.

Eoin Goulding, managing director of Integrity Solutions, said, “We’ve had a lot of interest from all business sectors in ISO 27001 and having this certification proves to our customers that we strive to achieve the highest standards in security. Now we’re primed to capitalise on new opportunities and take our business to the next level.”

Founded in 2005, Integrity Solutions provides a comprehensive portfolio of IT security solutions to private and public sector organisations throughout Ireland and the UK. Following an investment of €1.05 million to fund the construction of a new network operations centre (NOC) at its Dublin headquarters, the decision to seek certification to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 was the next stage in the company’s growth plans.

Sarah O’Donnell, marketing and business development manager, Certification Europe, said, “With a global certification like ISO 27001, Integrity Solutions is now proven to be a lower risk and lower cost option for potential customers, as their security credentials are already independently verified and therefore don’t require a costly audit process at the expense of customers and other stakeholders’. This offers a clear competitive advantage which will deliver benefits to customers and shareholders.”

Eoin Goulding said: “We achieved a 65% increase in revenues, from €4.6 million in 2008 to €7.7 million in 2009. With these key certification milestones achieved, we expect to be able to accelerate our expansion in the Irish, and particularly the UK market and to benefit from an absolutely unique competitive edge in the buoyant Irish outsourced managed security services market. We expect that it will make an immediate impact as we seek to meet our ambitious growth targets for 2010.”
